The Jamaica Conference Centre Marks Four Decades on the Waterfront

Since Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II officially opened its doors on 15 February 1983, the Jamaica Conference Centre has stood as a landmark of Jamaican architecture and functional elegance on the Kingston Waterfront.

Designed by architect Patrick Stanigar and built by the Urban Development Corporation in a record twelve months, the Centre continues to host conferences, meetings and events of national and international importance.
